Return / Refund Policy
You may return a product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Be sure to indicate your reason for the return in the Return Reason dropdown and/or the Comments section. If the Return is due to a defective product or an incorrect product was shipped to you, please indicate that.
Once we receive your request we will notify you of the address where to send the product. Thank you for being our customer!
