Decision to Carry a Concealed Weapon

Make the Decision about Concealed Carry First

The decision to carry a concealed weapon is not something that you should take lightly.  You need to make a very important decision BEFORE you prepare to carry a concealed pistol.  This decision can change your life and the lives of others, so you need to know the answer in advance.  Are you ready to use your weapon to defend yourself or someone else in time of danger?  When you pull your weapon you must have already answered that question and be fully committed to the answer!  Usually if you have to pull your concealed weapon you will not have time to study the situation before the weapon comes out of concealment in your purse.  Timing will be of the essence, when you have to use your weapon in defense.  Please be responsible and contemplate, then select your answer to this question well before you put that pistol in your concealed purse and begin to carry your concealed weapon.  It seems to me that if you answer this question in the negative, you probably should not be carrying a concealed weapon at all.

What are your thoughts before you decide to carry concealed?
